Available plans
CleverApprove offers three plans. All plans include unlimited workspace members and every feature.
- Essentials — 12,90 € / month, or 9,90 €/mo billed yearly (save 23%). 25 requests/month, 50 GB storage.
- Professional — 34,90 € / month, or 29,90 €/mo billed yearly (save 14%). 100 requests/month, 200 GB storage.
- Business — 99,90 € / month, or 89,90 €/mo billed yearly (save 10%). 500 requests/month, 1 TB storage.

Monthly vs yearly billing
Both monthly and yearly billing are available. With yearly billing you pay for 12 months upfront and get a significant discount (10–23% depending on the plan). The price shown on yearly plans is the effective monthly price.
You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the billing portal. When switching from monthly to yearly, the remaining credit on your current period is applied as a proration.
What counts as a request?
A request is counted against your monthly quota when it is first sent (not when it is created as a draft). Sending a new version of an existing request does not consume an additional request from your quota.
The request counter resets at the start of each billing period. Unused requests do not roll over.
How to subscribe
In the app, go to Billing in the sidebar. Choose your plan and billing interval, then click Subscribe. You'll be redirected to a Stripe checkout page where you can enter your payment details. After completing payment, your plan is activated immediately.
Upgrading or downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from the billing portal (accessible from the Billing page in the app). Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Payment methods
Payment is handled by Stripe, so all major cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). SEPA direct debit is also available for European customers. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
Invoices & receipts
Invoices are automatically emailed to you after each charge. You can also download all past invoices from the billing portal. If you need an invoice with specific company details (VAT ID, etc.), you can update your billing information in the Stripe billing portal.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. After cancellation you retain full access to CleverApprove until the end of your current billing period.
Your data (requests, contacts, files) is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends. After that, files are deleted according to our data retention policy.
Before you cancel: Download any files or responses you need to keep. You can also export your account data from Account settings → Export data.
